Casa Miriamar - historical center of Belmonte Piceno
It seams as if Belmonte Piceno has only four streets of houses. In reality the inhabitants are dispersed all over the small rolling hills around the medieval village. So it doesn't come as a surprise that you find a small café just around the corner, a supermarket with delicious italian specialities, a bakery with fresh rolls, sweet cookies and savoury pizzas, as well as a bakery for organic bread, a cheese dairy with a big variety of home-made cheese, a bank, school, post-office, a farmacy and last but not least a tennis court only a stone's throw away from the centre. You can find a public swimming-pool in the neighbouring place Santa Vittoria.
The Italian tourist guide „Marche – le guide di Dove, 2007“ says that Belmonte Piceno is a Must for those who are looking for the extraordinary. Literally: "Belmonte Piceno è la tappa obbligata per chi è alla ricerca di rarità".

Prices for less than 1 week according to arrangments.
Deposit: 25% of full rental rate (at least 150 EUR) on reservation. The remaining amount has to be paid 14 days before arrival. Your booking is confirmed after receipt of money on our account.
Service:
A bottle of Rosso Piceno is waiting for you as a welcoming gift. On request we'll also do the first basic shopping for you.
On request we provide tips for excursions and informations for your journey.
Wood for the stove in the kitchen is provided free of charge in winter.
